We're looking for presenters!

We're looking for presenters!

Be part of our new YouTube channel for learners

Are you a qualified English teacher? Do you love sharing your knowledge? Are you good at presenting? If the answer to all of these questions is ‘yes’, then read on to find out how you could become one of the presenters of our new YouTube channel, Learn English with Cambridge.

This brand new channel is being created to support learners of English, and help them to use the language they are learning outside of the classroom, in the real world. The channel will be hosted by four confident presenters, who will be the faces of this channel for a year. We’re looking for people who can show their engaging personalities through their videos, and who can clearly explain, to learners of differing levels of ability, how to use English in real life settings.

What could you win?

As a presenter of our YouTube channel, you would be paid to create one video per month.  We want to create content that will help learners, so we’ll be asking our social media followers what topics they would like the videos to cover.  So that the videos are useful and easy to understand, we’ll loan you the equipment you’ll need to film and edit your own content, and will make sure you have all the guidance and training you need.

How do you enter?

You’ll need to create a short video where you tell us what your English Language Teaching experience is and show us an example of yourself teaching a short lesson.  When reviewing the entries, our ELT team will be looking at your presenting skills and the lesson content that you present.  After the closing date of the competition, the top ten entries will be selected and placed into a vote on our Facebook page (link).  The public can then vote for who they would like to be our final four presenters.

Find out more about this exciting opportunity and how to enter.
