Environment and Development Series

The Environment and Development Series is developed by Knowledge for Sustainable Development (KSD), a core unit at the Centre for Environment Education (CEE). This landmark series, supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), seeks to bring alternative development approaches to the notice of decision makers and policy planners. Knowledge for Sustainable Development aims to develop general awareness and provide policy support on key environment and development issues. KSD maintains a forum at www.envirodebate.net to widen public involvement and participation in major environment-development debates of the day.
