  • The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts. Among the cases reported in Volume 122 is the major war crimes decision of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in Prosecutor v. Blaskic. Arbitration cases reported include a key NAFTA Chapter 11 Arbitration case, Pope and Talbot Inc. v Canada, and the arbitration tribunal award in Ethyl Corporation v. Government of Canada. The volume contains a selection of human rights cases from courts in Hong Kong, England, and the European Court of Human Rights. Finally, the topical recent Scottish 'Trident' case is also included.
