  • The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts. Among the cases reported in Volume 115 are the 1998 decision of the Supreme Court of Canada concerning whether Quebec has the right to unilateral secession from Canada, the 1996 judgment concerning the preliminary objections in the case concerning the Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Bosnia and Herzegovina v.
